Frequently asked questions
Can she say wrong things about my products?
She only suggests products found in your catalog, and prices, stock and variants are Shopify’s at the time of the answer. Any amount she might make up is removed before sending. For the rest, you give her your instructions and forbidden phrases.
My data and my customers’ data?
Your customers give neither name nor email to chat. Conversations are stored anonymized for 90 days for your back office. Details are in the privacy policy.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes, any Online Store 2.0 theme. It is an app block: nothing in your theme code is changed, and everything disappears if you uninstall.
Which languages?
French and English for the interface; the advisor answers in the language of your store and your customers.
What if I exceed my quota?
By default she pauses until next month and you see it in your back office. You can allow overage at $0.35 per conversation, with a cap.
Can I test before paying?
Yes: the Free plan (10 conversations a month), or a 7-day trial on a paid plan. And you can always chat with her from your admin without it counting.
